Yes. Your child can add their actual lesson pages, textbook pages or homework so the Teacher can teach with the real material they are studying. This gives the Teacher stronger context and helps make the teaching more relevant and useful.
How does BeyoMate® adapt the teaching to my child?
The Teacher adapts the teaching based on the learner’s grade, prior learning, responses, mistakes, pace and learning evidence. This means two learners studying the same lesson can receive different explanations, practice and support.
Which grades, subjects and curricula can BeyoMate® support?
BeyoMate® is built for Grades 1–12. It supports school subjects according to the learner’s grade, curriculum context and available lesson material, with teaching approaches that vary by subject.
Can BeyoMate® help my child prepare for exams?
Yes. BeyoMate® can help your child review lessons, practise questions, strengthen weak areas and correct repeated mistakes while preparing for an exam. It supports preparation through the appropriate teaching path rather than simply giving answers.
What happens when my child’s voice minutes run out?
Your child can continue learning through text. Where eligible, additional voice minutes can be added by the parent through the Parent Dashboard or Parent Web.
What is SmartFace, and does it watch or record my child?
SmartFace helps keep the right learner connected to the right learning profile, so progress is not mixed between children. It is not used to monitor lessons or record lesson videos, and the child’s face is not shown to the Teacher.
Does BeyoMate® replace my child’s school teacher?
No. BeyoMate® supports your child’s learning outside and around school by strengthening understanding, practice and learning continuity. It is designed to work alongside the child’s school learning, not replace the school relationship.
